One event, one commissioned work, one numbered edition. We commission artists with a real connection to the place an event belongs to. Living there is not required. Their names stay with the print.

What the brief is
One piece for one event, made to the edition template we supply. The artwork is a portrait at 1:1.46, 366.4 × 534.94 mm, on a 16 × 24 in sheet. Below it, a separate footer set by RECORD carries the event, the edition number written by hand, and your signature.
Every edition is numbered, and its size is set for each commission. You sign every copy by hand, and you get a page on this site about your work. Rights, fee and schedule are agreed with you, or your agent, in writing before work starts.
The commission is an artwork in its own right, made for one event and intended to live beyond it.
